Shipping Policy — Chaldorean

Last Updated: September 20, 2026

At Chaldorean, we aim to make your shopping experience simple, convenient, and reliable. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the United States.

1. Shipping Availability

Chaldorean currently focuses on shipping orders to customers within the United States.

Available shipping methods and rates are displayed during checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are not normally processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times may vary depending on your shipping method and destination.

Standard Shipping: Approximately 3–7 business days

Please understand that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery may be affected by the carrier, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Chaldorean may offer promotional free-shipping offers. Any applicable promotion and its conditions will be displayed on our website or during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipping information and a tracking number when tracking is available.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your order.

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us as soon as possible at:

Email: celiaankenbauer14000@outlook.com
Phone: +1 918-570-3246

We will try to assist you if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

7. Delayed Shipments

Although we work to process orders promptly, delivery delays can occasionally occur because of:

• Severe weather

• Carrier delays

• Holidays

• High shipping volumes

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Transportation disruptions

• Other circumstances outside our control

If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and provide your order number so we can assist you.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking around your delivery location and contacting the shipping carrier.

You may also contact Chaldorean at celiaankenbauer14000@outlook.com, and we will review the available shipment information with you.

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the package and product.

Our team will review the information and help determine the appropriate next steps.

10. Multiple Items in One Order

Depending on product availability and fulfillment arrangements, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.

If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking information.

11. P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

Shipping availability for P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO addresses depends on the shipping method and carrier available for your order. Please review the available options at checkout.

12. Shipping Questions

If you have questions about your order or shipment, our customer support team is available to help.
